Thrive 360 is a research-backed corporate wellness program available in virtual or hybrid formats. It aims to enhance employee health, decrease absenteeism, and promote a positive workplace culture.

About Us

Since its inception in September 2020, Tula Health & Wellness has worked with clients and community-based organizations to help individuals  reverse the effects of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and chronic stress.  In 2021, we launched our Wellness in the Workplace programs to help companies increase employee wellness.
